Job Title Cloud Renewal Executive (Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience) Job Role / Category IT Sales Support / Cloud Operations Job Summary We are looking for a Cloud Renewal Executive to manage and support the renewal of cloud service subscriptions for existing customers. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in cloud services, customer coordination, and sales support. The executive will ensure timely renewals, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
