Job Summary

We are looking for a Cloud Renewal Executive to manage and support the renewal of cloud service subscriptions for existing customers. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in cloud services, customer coordination, and sales support. The executive will ensure timely renewals, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Track cloud subscription expiry dates and upcoming renewals
• Coordinate with customers via email and phone for renewal reminders
• Support renewal of AWS / Azure / Google Cloud / SaaS services
• Prepare and share basic renewal quotes and proposals
• Follow up with customers for approval and payment
• Coordinate with internal sales, finance, and technical teams
• Update renewal status and customer details in CRM/Excel
• Handle basic customer queries related to renewals and billing
• Support upselling or cross-selling during renewal discussions
• Maintain proper documentation and renewal reports

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of cloud services or IT services
• Good communication skills (email & phone)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn cloud products and processes

Qualifications

• Graduate in BA,BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or equivalent
• 0–1 year experience (Freshers are welcome)

Salary

₹10,000 -14,000
(Incentives/Performance-based growth can be added later)
