Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Head located in Sector 90, Noida. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, conducting market analysis, and ensuring targets are met. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, building client relationships, closing deals, reporting on sales activities, and collaborating with other departments to align sales goals with overall company objectives.

• Experience in sales operations and market analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client relationship building and account management skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and report on performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
