Role Summary

Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall sales function for residential projects including luxury villas, apartments, and plotted developments
• Define and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Manage and mentor the sales team, drive performance, and foster a high-performance culture
• Oversee customer acquisition through direct sales, digital channels, and channel partner networks
• Build strong relationships with HNIs, institutional buyers, and key influencers in the Chennai market
• Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and buyer behavior
• Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and competitive landscape
• Review sales pipeline, monitor conversion ratios, and manage forecasting and reporting
• Liaise with legal, CRM, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience and documentation
• Represent the company at exhibitions, customer events, and industry forums

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 15–20 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in Chennai
• Proven track record of handling large-scale projects and achieving high-value sales closures
• Deep understanding of buyer behaviour in the 1 to 5 Crore segment and premium housing market
• Strong leadership, people management, and negotiation skills
• Established network with HNI clients and key channel partners in the region
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM and sales automation tools
• Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby regions as needed
