Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Sales Head

to lead our LED lighting sales operations. The ideal candidate must have

excellent communication skills

, strong

product knowledge in LED lighting

, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. This role requires strategic leadership, team management, and frequent travel to meet clients and close orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire sales function for the LED lighting division.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and market expansion.
  • Build, mentor, and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and key customers.
  • Engage with clients directly for negotiations, presentations, and order closures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Prepare and review sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and procurement teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and sales closures.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10-12 years of experience

    in sales, with at least 5 years in LED lighting or related electrical products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong product knowledge in

    LED lighting solutions

    , applications, and technical specifications.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development and order closures.
  • Based in

    Hyderabad

    or willing to relocate.

  • Strong industry network in LED lighting, electrical contracting, retail, or commercial project segments.
