Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support decision-making.
Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and government bodies.
- Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and oversee major project acquisitions.
- Expand the companys presence in new markets and project segments.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear KPIs for the team.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance the team’s technical and sales skills.
Revenue & Target Management
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance through reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
- Ensure profitable pricing strategies and control discounting within company policies.
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with the operations, procurement, project, and finance teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and present sales performance to senior management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and address escalations promptly.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and repeat clients.
