Job Title: Sales Head – Ayurvedha Process

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the entire sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.

• Drive outbound calling operations—ensure quality engagement and prompt follow-ups.

• Strategize to grow panel relationships (e.g., panel patients or clients), ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

• Analyze sales metrics and present performance reports to senior management.

• Train, guide, and mentor team members to sharpen their sales and communication capabilities.

• Address escalated issues professionally and in collaboration with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing)

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in outbound calling, team management, or the healthcare/wellness sector.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Strong experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Performance-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Perks

• Estimated salary range: ₹35,000–₹40,000/month (i.e., approximately ₹8-12 lakh/year), based on Karma Ayurveda’s Assistant Manager – Sales role inputs

• Additional performance bonuses and annual incentives are likely part of the package.
