Telecalling Executive - Ayurvedic Process

Department: Sales & Customer Support
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Reporting To: Senior Executive / Telecalling Manager
Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell of Ayurvedic products to customers across India.
• Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and offers to customers.
• Handle order placement, payment guidance, and post-sale support.
• Maintain daily call logs and update customer records.
• Follow up on customer queries and repeat orders.
• Work closely with the senior executive to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Ayurveda product telecalling/sales (mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi..
• Knowledge of common Ayurveda and wellness products like chyawanprash, herbal oils, powders, etc.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, order entry platforms, etc.)

Preferred Qualities:

• Convincing attitude and customer-first approach.
• Punctual, sincere, and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of natural health and wellness trends.
