Position: Sales Team Leader

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales & Team Management in BPO

Salary: Upto 6LPA

Office Timings: 9:30 to 6.30 (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & team management (Ayurveda industry)

✅ Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets

✅ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

✅ Bachelor's degree preferred

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
