Job Title: Cluster Head Sales (Real Estate)

Location:

Job Summary:

The Cluster Head Sales (Real Estate) is responsible for leading and driving sales performance across multiple real estate projects or branches within an assigned cluster. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building high-performing sales teams, strengthening channel partner networks, and ensuring superior customer experience while aligning with organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue:

  • Drive sales revenue across assigned projects/locations to meet or exceed cluster targets
  • Develop and execute cluster-level sales strategies and action plans
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and pipeline metrics
  • Ensure optimal lead conversion, booking value, and collection targets

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Project Sales Heads, Sales Managers, and Executives
  • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and capability-building initiatives

Channel & Business Development:

  • Develop and manage channel partner / broker networks across the cluster
  • Identify new business opportunities, alliances, and market expansion options
  • Strengthen relationships with key channel partners to improve sales velocity

Operations & Process:

  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting standards
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation, campaigns, and site activations
  • Work closely with legal, CRM, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth closures and collections

Market & Customer Focus:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and inventory movement
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience across all sites
  • Address escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA / PGDM (Sales & Marketing) preferred

Experience:

  • 10–16 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Minimum 6+ years in a leadership role managing multiple projects or locations
  • Proven track record of achieving large-ticket sales targets
