Job Description

Revenue Growth & Market Penetration:

Lead end-to-end sales strategy focused on US-based Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts to achieve aggressive ARR and NRR goals.

GTM Strategy:

Develop and execute scalable GTM playbooks tailored for the US market, including ICP definition, territory planning, and channel partner strategies.

Enterprise Sales Leadership:

Drive high-value SaaS deals through multi-stakeholder consultative selling, solution demos, RFP management, and executive negotiations.

Sales Operations & Forecasting:

Build AI-driven forecasting models, manage predictable pipelines, and ensure consistent quota attainment across teams.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:

Establish key strategic alliances with agencies, resellers, and integration partners to amplify market reach and co-sell opportunities.

Team Building & Mentorship:

Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing global sales team across time zones (India-US overlap) focused on outcome-based selling.

Customer Success Collaboration:

Work closely with the success and marketing teams to improve product adoption, reduce churn, and expand revenue within existing accounts.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Use analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo) for territory planning, lead scoring, and conversion optimization.

Key Requirements

12-20 years of experience in

Enterprise SaaS or AI/Tech Sales

, with proven success in the

US region

.

Demonstrated ability to

build $1M+ ARR pipelines

and deliver

>110% NRR

in previous roles.

Strong background in

AI-first prospecting

, automation-led GTM, and global expansion.

Experience in managing

cross-functional, multi-region teams

(India-US-EMEA).

Proven track record in

C-level relationship management

, strategic partnerships, and long-cycle sales execution.

Excellent understanding of

SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, NRR)

and ability to influence product-market alignment.

Hands-on experience with sales CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho), ABM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
