Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Field Executive located in Nagpur. The Sales Field Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, approaching potential clients, and presenting financial products and services. They will manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include conducting sales visits, maintaining sales records, achieving sales targets, and providing feedback to management. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams and performing market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar field
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer relationship management abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and handle fieldwork effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the Nagpur region
