About the Role:

Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle and nurture qualified inbound leads provided by the company.
2. Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and pricing plans.
3. Conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients.
4. Pitch SEO, PPC, and web development services (preferably WordPress-based) to Indian and international clients.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, content) for seamless project onboarding and delivery.
7. Maintain CRM records, track progress, and report on conversion metrics.
8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a high-performance, collaborative environment.
9. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the sales process.

Requirements:

1. 3–7 years of proven experience in

   sales or business development

   in the

   digital marketing or IT services

   domain.
2. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and WordPress/web development services.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
4. Experience handling international and Indian clients.
5. Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently — from proposal to closure.
6. Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal writing, and sales documentation.
7. Open to feedback, adaptable to process changes, and a strong team player.
