Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and explain project features to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Follow up with clients post-sales to maintain long-term relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

Skills & Competencies Required

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of real estate market and property laws (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
15 years of experience in real estate sales or a related industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
