Role Overview:

Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

o    Build and nurture strong relationships with top architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

o  Identify potential clients and present customized fenestration solutions based on their project requirements.

o  Conduct product presentations and design consultations with decision-makers and influencers.

Business Development & Revenue Generation

o  Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and industry events.

o  Drive project pipeline growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

o  Collaborate with the estimation, design, and technical teams to ensure smooth proposal delivery.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

o  Stay updated with industry trends, ongoing projects, and competitor activity.

o  Provide weekly reports on lead status, pipeline movement, and site visits.

o Ensure CRM systems are up to date with all lead and client interactions.

Who Should Apply?
