Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive โ€“ Residential & Commercial Property Sales Location: Ahmedabad โ€“ South Bopal Working Days: Monday to Sunday (One week off between Monday to Friday; no leave on Saturday & Sunday) Job Responsibilities: - Schedule property visits based on client requirements, ensuring efficient time management. - Identify and shortlist suitable residential and commercial properties for clients. - Follow up diligently with clients to build relationships and close deals. - Achieve monthly closure targets for residential sales, rentals, leases, and commercial property transactions. - Manage the entire documentation process post-deal, ensuring a smooth transaction for clients. - Provide ongoing support to clients even after deal closure, addressing any post-sale queries or requirements. - Post property listings online and offline, ensuring accurate and attractive property postings. - Make cold calls to potential clients, follow up on inquiries, and generate leads. - Conduct site visits, present properties to clients, and assist in deal closing. - Maintain an aggressive approach to sales in real estate, with a focus on achieving targets. - Demonstrate excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. - Maintain a professional appearance adhering to the formal dress code. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in real estate sales (residential & commercial). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. - Good understanding of property documentation and legal procedures. - Smart and professional appearance.
