Job Description: Sales Coordinator Location: Ahmedabad - West Zone Position: Sales Coordinator Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday and Sunday are working days; Week-off can be taken on weekdays) Gender Preference: Candidates Preferred Experience Required: Must have experience in a real estate consultant firm Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead Qualification: - Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels. - Evaluate and categorize leads based on their readiness to engage. 2. Client Coordination: - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements. - Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless coordination. 3. Requirement Understanding: - Engage with clients to gather detailed information about their property needs. - Analyze client requirements and preferences to provide tailored solutions. 4. Solution Finding: - Research and find appropriate property solutions online and through references. - Present clients with options that meet their requirements and preferences. 5. Visit Arrangements: - Schedule and arrange property visits for clients on daily basis. - Ensure all necessary preparations are made for a smooth viewing experience. 6. Follow-up: - Maintain regular follow-up with clients to keep them engaged. - Address any queries or concerns they may have promptly. 7. Feedback Collection: - Collect and analyze feedback from clients after property visits. - Use feedback to refine search criteria and improve client satisfaction. 8. Deal Closure: - Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals. - Ensure all documentation and agreements are completed accurately.
