About the Company We are a fast-growing, tech-enabled Waterproofing & Thermal Coating company expanding across Andhra Pradesh. Unlike traditional contractors, we use advanced technology, proprietary software, and standardised SOPs to deliver world class service. We are building the "Urban Company" of industrial waterproofing. The RoleWe are looking for a sharp, organised, and energetic Sales Coordinator to be the backbone of our Sales Team. You will not be going to the field. You will sit at our H.O., manage the data, support our Field Sales Officers, and ensure our operations run smoothly. You are the bridge between the Customer, the Sales Team, and the Founder. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Data Management (Google Sheets/Excel):Maintain and update our "Alliance Partner Database" (Sheet Manufacturers & Traders). Ensure every lead from our Field Officers is logged correctly in the system. Lead Coordination:Receive incoming inquiries (calls/website) and assign them to the correct Territory Manager in Kurnool/Guntur. Schedule "Thermal Audits" and demos for the field team. Partner Communication:Call verified Traders and Distributors to schedule appointments for our Sales Managers. Follow up with clients on pending quotes and proposals. Reporting:Create a Daily EOD (End of Day) Report for the Founder showing: Leads Generated, Visits Completed, and Orders Booked. Track inventory usage and coordinate stock dispatch. Who We Are Looking ForGender: Female candidates preferred. Experience: 2 years in Sales Coordination, Back Office, or Admin roles. (Experience in Construction/Cement/Tiles/Paints is a bonus). Tech Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. You should know how to filter data and make simple reports. Language: Fluent in Telugu (Mandatory) Hindi and good operational English (for emails/reporting). Attitude: Organised, punctual, and able to handle pressure during the peak season . What We OfferStable Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on Experience/Skill). Professional Growth: Opportunity to work directly with the Founder and handle operations.
