About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our remote team. You will be responsible for driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, social media, and networking.
Convert leads into successful sales by maintaining consistent follow-up and effective communication.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions or product recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to optimize the sales process.
Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (B2B/B2C).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, etc.).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
