Founded in 2022, UnORG is the first and only B2B managed marketplace designed to empower vendors in the unorganized food sector, including street food vendors, dhabas, and sweet shops. Our mission is to streamline the often complicated and fragmented food supply chain. Through our innovative platform, we aim to provide a cohesive solution for vendors, enhancing their operational efficiencies and providing better access to resources.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals. Daily tasks will include reaching out to prospects, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction through continuous support. The role requires close collaboration with the internal team to develop and implement sales strategies geared toward achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, including managing sales pipelines and closing deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Experience in the unorganized food sector or B2B marketplaces is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused attitude
