Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Indore, India. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on lead generation, nurturing prospective clients, and converting leads into customers. Primary responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals, coordinating across teams, and maintaining customer relationship management tools. The role requires consistent achievement of sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their requirements.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, account management, and customer relationship management tools or software.
  • Experience in preparing proposals, negotiations, and managing the complete sales cycle.
  • Understanding of financial, corporate law, and IPR concepts is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage time efficiently while operating in a target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
