Job Description

Required Sales Executive – Plastic Products / Pipes & Fittings The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing and managing relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and direct customers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, handling sales cycles from lead generation to order closure, and maintaining after-sales support. • Identify prospective clients (dealers, contractors, retailers) in assigned territory • Generate leads via cold calls, market visits, industry events • Analyze market trends, competition, and demand in the region • Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports • Forecast sales for allocated geography • Monitor performance vs targets, suggest corrective actions • Work with manufacturing, logistics, quality control, and finance teams • Ensure timely product delivery and manage order logistics Sales revenue / volume achieved vs target Number of new dealers / clients onboarded Order conversion ratio (leads → orders) Collection efficiency / payment realisation Customer retention / repeat orders Report / forecast accuracy Market penetration / share growth in territory
