Key Responsibilities: • Lead Handling & CRM Management: • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and follow up with potential clients. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress. • Itinerary Creation & Quotation: • Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client requirements. • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers to ensure seamless arrangements. • Call Handling & Sales Closing: • Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. • Understand client preferences, suggest suitable packages, and negotiate effectively. • Follow up on pending leads and close deals confidently. • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. • Address queries, resolve concerns, and build strong client relationships. • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align sales strategies. • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management. Key Requirements: • 2-3 years of sales experience in the travel and tourism industry. • Proficiency in using CRM software for lead tracking and itinerary creation. • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and close sales efficiently. • Good knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and pricing structures. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. • Previous experience working in a travel agency or tour operator company. • Fluency in English for effective communication • Working Proficiency in Hindi Probation Period: 3 Months Upon receiving the offer, the employee will undergo a 3-month probation period, during which their role and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be as follows: Stage 1: First 3 Weeks Week 1: Onboarding & Familiarization Get acquainted with the company, job responsibilities, and key destinations. Week 2: Training on CRM & Itinerary Creation Learn to use the CRM software. Understand the process of creating customized itineraries. Get familiar with service providers and vendors. Week 3: Handling Enquiries & Securing First Booking Respond to customer inquiries. Aim to secure at least one confirmed booking by the end of Week 3. Stage 2: First 3 Months Target: 25 Confirmed Packages Actively handle customer inquiries and convert them into bookings. Achieve a minimum of 25 confirmed packages within the first three months. Successful completion of these performance metrics will lead to a full-time opportunity with Saveller Tours & Travels, along with an added bonus.
