Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing potential clients, building strong client relationships, and guiding clients through the entire sales process. Day-to-day tasks include contacting leads, organizing site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth handover of properties. The role involves closely collaborating with developers, maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, and delivering exceptional service to clients, including HNIs and NRI investors.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market and investment strategies
• Customer relationship management and client servicing capabilities
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software
• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred
• Professional demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
