Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting site visits, driving pre-launch and early-stage sales, executing end-to-end sales activities, and providing personalized advisory services to HNI and NRI investors. The role also involves strategizing sales plans, maintaining verified inventory, and ensuring high-velocity bookings through effective positioning and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in End-to-End Sales Execution
• Client Relationship Management and Customer Support skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Investment Advisory
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Strategic Planning and Positioning skills
• Ability to Work On-Site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience with HNI and NRI clients is a plus
