Sales Executive (Telecalling)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation

    : Generate new leads by making targeted

    outbound calls

    to potential clients.
  • Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation

    : Understand customer requirements and effectively present appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Lead Conversion

    : Convert leads into tangible sales opportunities through persuasive and effective communication.
  • CRM Management

    : Maintain and diligently update detailed records of all calls and follow-ups within the

    CRM system

  • Relationship Building

    : Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Strategy Collaboration

    : Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve

    lead generation strategies

  • Target Achievement

    : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly

    lead conversion targets

  • Reporting

    : Provide regular reports on call activities and key conversion metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience

    : Proven experience in

    telemarketing, inside sales, or business development

  • Communication Skills

    : Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Interpersonal Abilities

    : Strong persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
  • Software Familiarity

    : Familiarity with

    CRM software and lead management tools
