Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Executive - Inside Sales to join a premier global provider of multimedia platforms. This role is crucial for driving new business through outbound calls, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. You will play a key part in educating clients on our products and identifying new sales opportunities to expand our reach across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Consistently work towards and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business

    sales targets

    and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Outbound Calling & Engagement:

    Hit agreed call targets by being a self-starter, motivated to consistently pick up the phone, engage effectively with clients, build lasting relationships, and

    close sales

    .
  • Revenue Generation:

    Achieve agreed

    revenue targets

    by converting sales opportunities primarily through making outbound calls to new B2B clients across India.
  • Client Understanding:

    Quickly understand a client's organizational structure and identify key decision-makers within the company to tailor your approach.
  • Relationship Development:

    Develop and sustain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing:

    Create customer call-backs and diligently follow up on referrals to maximize conversion rates.
  • Product Expertise & Lead Generation:

    Advise clients on all products to educate them and effectively generate qualified leads.
  • Lead Handoff:

    Pass on any domestic leads to the relevant Business Development Manager (BDM) for further progression.
