Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to identify, engage, and convert potential clients while nurturing long-term business relationships. This role suits individuals who are enthusiastic about connecting with people, understanding client needs, and driving business growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Connect with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to explain courses.

2. Understand student career goals and recommend suitable cybersecurity training programs.

3. Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and support students throughout the admission process.

4. Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.

5. Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

6. Actively participate in team discussions and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Fluency in English and Malayalam (Required).

3. Smart, confident, and approachable personality.

4. Ability to understand student needs and explain solutions clearly.

5. Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn.

6. A positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to results.

7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented attitude

8. Minimum 1 yr Experienced candidates or Freshers with excellent communication skills will also be considered.
