Sales Executive

We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer – Industrial Products (Wear Plates & Flux Cored Wires)

We are looking to add a driven and field-oriented Sales Engineer to our team to support our growing presence in the mining and mineral processing sector.

This role involves regular interaction with customers, site visits, and coordination from enquiry stage through order execution and payment collection. The position level will be decided internally based on the candidate’s experience and background.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites such as

  mines, quarries, and mineral processing plants

• Develop and manage relationships with existing customers
• Identify new customers and business opportunities in assigned regions
• Promote and sell

  wear resistant plates and flux cored wires

• Understand customer operating conditions and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close orders
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and dispatch
• Track outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
• Maintain basic sales records, visit reports, and customer feedback
• Participate in exhibitions, site trials, and technical discussions when required

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering/ B.Sc in Metallurgy
• Experience in industrial sales, mining consumables, wear parts, welding products, or similar industries is preferred
• Comfortable with

  extensive field work and site visits

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of mining or heavy industrial operations is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
