Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales of IT infrastructure and system integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT solutions, networking technologies, and enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and channel partners.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT infrastructure and integration solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the pre-sales and technical teams.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, technologies, and potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, implementation, and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a

    System Integrator / IT Infrastructure / Networking / Security / Cloud Services

    environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technologies such as Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Cloud, and AV Solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with OEMs like Cisco, Dell, HP, Fortinet, Microsoft, etc.
  • Understanding of IT solution design and integration processes.
  • Certification in sales or technical programs related to IT solutions (e.g., Cisco Sales Expert, HP Sales Certified).
