  • Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Skills Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Experience with firewall
  • Experience with macOS and Windows OS.
  • Experience with floor support and hardware support.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Experience with incident management.
