Key Responsibilities :
Provide end-to-end application management, ensuring high availability and smooth operations.
Work on digital financial solutions, supporting critical systems used by millions.
Perform initial troubleshooting across OS, applications, interfaces, and databases.
Analyze and interpret system and application logs to proactively prevent issues.
Take full ownership of customer issues, driving them to resolution or coordinating timely escalations.
Monitor services using tools and ensure round-the-clock availability (24 7 support, rotational shifts).
Execute routine operational tasks, daily health checks, and reporting activities.
Strong understanding of applications management and production support.
Experience in digital financial operations (mobile money, banking, wallets, etc.).
Solid grasp of ITIL practices Fault, Change, Configuration, Problem, Information Security, and Performance Management.
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Ability to write and optimize SQL scripts on Oracle Databases.
Working knowledge of SMS, USSD, telecom basics, and networking fundamentals.
Excellent problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and a customer-first mindset.
