Job Description

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled IT EUS Support Engineer with an experience of 7 years to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Assembler programming language for IBM mainframes (e.g., IBM z/OS).

  • Sound experience in providing critical and escalated incident support to users with extended assistance to the EUS Team.

  • Expertise in strategic change management planning and provisioning activities.

  • Proficiency in overall ticketing monitoring to identify SLA breaches, manage escalations and extend support to the EUS Team.

  • Exposure to overall KPI monitoring for STC-Bangalore IT operations.

  • Should have experience in IT operations support for IT-HUB, serving as the primary point of escalation.

  • Familiarity in IT operations support for E&PM, acting as the primary point of escalation.

  • Proven capability in delivering business-critical support for STC-Bangalore LABs.

  • Primary point of contact with sound understanding of new IT requirements feasibility assessment and scope analysis.

  • Familiarity with end point security and cyber security demand coordination responsibilities.

  • Exposure to critical vulnerability management with assistance extended to the EUS Team.

  • Experience in IT support process improvement planning and implementation extended for the EUS Team.
