Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines. Job Title: System Executive Location: (Gurgaon/Rohtak) Educational Qualification: B.E or B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical/Automotive Work Experience : 5-7 years in homologation (Specially Passenger Cars) Job Role: Inspection & Compliance Industry Preference: Automobile Job Requirement: In depth knowledge of automotive regulations, and homologation procedures, including type approval processes, CoP requirements, regulation roadmap. Experience in Coordinating homologation activities, including planning, testing, certification, report preparation and technical specification. Good understanding of vehicle systems, components, and their compliance regulatory requirements in vehicle safety (Active & passive), emission, electrical and other important regulations Good project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with concerned teams, CFT etc. Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing test reports and technical documentation. Understanding of upcoming Indian automotive regulations like (EV, Cybersecurity, ADAS, BNCAP etc.) Experience to prepare worst case criteria, test matrix and test checklist. Soft skills like positive attitude, team player, eager to learn, flexible approach & proactive. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, Quality, Product planning, Production etc. to ensure that vehicles are designed and built in accordance with relevant regulations and internal design standards. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of automotive regulations, staying updated with any change or updates that may impact homologation/ validation process. Develop and maintain project test schedule, ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation and testing activities. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding regulatory requirements. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies in automotive domain.
