We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can not only drive sales but also handle telecalling with both domestic and international clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to domestic and international clients in different time zones.
  • Present and promote software products and services to potential customers.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Schedule product demos and follow up to convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate client details and call notes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Telecalling & Sales Experience — 1+ year in inside sales, B2B sales, or telecalling.
  • Communication Skills — Excellent English (spoken & written), confident in speaking with foreign clients.
  • Time Zone Flexibility — Comfortable working with clients in the US, UK, Australia, and other regions.
  • Sales Knowledge — Ability to pitch software solutions effectively.
  • Technical Understanding — Basic understanding of software products/SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT/software product sales.
  • Familiarity with international sales processes.
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
