Drive sales by targeting government departments such as PWD, CPWD, Railways, MES, Housing Boards, and other institutional buyers Identify and develop business opportunities with government departments such as PWD, CPWD, MES, Railways, Urban Local Bodies, Housing Boards, etc. Handle tender participation , rate contracts, empanelment, and government project follow-ups Build strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, and government decision-makers Identify new project opportunities and ensure product specification and approval Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, deliveries, and collections Track ongoing and upcoming government infrastructure and building projects in the region Achieve assigned sales, growth, and collection targets Lead the tendering and empanelment process with various government institutions and ensure compliance with bidding requirements. Develop strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders to influence specifications and drive product approvals. Experience 3-5 years experience in Internal Audit Industry exposure required - Manufacturing sector Qualification B.Com or M/Com or Semi qualified ( CA Inter or CWA Inter ) or MBA Finance Job Description: Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. To complete the Operation/Process Audits of Somany ceramics plants and JV plants. PV of the Somany warehouses and the JV warehouses. Complete all the internal audit scope as per the annual Audit plan. Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings. Document the process and audit findings report. Conduct follow-up audits. Co-ordinate with external internal auditors. Perform Follow-up audits and prepare action taken report. Key Skills & Competencies : Proven working experience as Internal Auditor. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports. Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations applicable in India High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills Sound independent judgement.
