Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet organizational targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging in customer visits, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves understanding customer requirements, providing strategic solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction to achieve long-term business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the ceramic and allied industry is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English and local language
