Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals to join our sales team as TV & Internet Package Sales Executives. In this role, you will engage with customers in the United States, understand their needs, and offer suitable TV and internet subscription packages. This is a voice-based calling profile focused on outbound/inbound sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make Inbond & outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
• Clearly explain TV & internet package options and pricing.
• Understand customer needs and suggest the best solutions.
• Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and listening).
• Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
• Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling tools/CRMs.
