Coordinate with Distributors:
Maintain regular communication with assigned distributors.
Ensure timely supply of products and monitor stock levels.
Resolve distributor issues related to pricing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Meet Distributors:
Conduct regular field visits to meet distributors and understand their challenges and market feedback.
Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and better market penetration.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets.
Market Research & Analysis:
Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Share insights with the team to improve product positioning and strategy.
Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly reports on distributor performance, field visits, and sales progress.
Update CRM or sales tracking tools regularly.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Bag Manufacturing Industry - based sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet distributors and clients.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with distributor management.
Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
