Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and reconcile company bank accounts; handle bank transactions and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate purchase processes by maintaining purchase records and following up with vendors.
Maintain and update stock records, ensuring accuracy and proper stock accounting.
Keep organized and up-to-date files of financial documents including invoices, bills, payment receipts, and other records.
Prepare and maintain financial data records in accounting software or spreadsheets.
Assist in monthly financial reporting and audits by providing required data and documentation.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information flow.

Support other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in finance/accounting or related roles.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Miracle QuickBooks, or similar).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
