Responsible for service target of the company.2. Prepare customer visit plan in consultation with sales team, technical manager and visit the customers to understand their service requirements. 3. Prepare service plans/solutions, generate enquiries, negotiate, propose and prepare rate contracts for the service business. 4. Ensure execution and fulfillment of the service contract ( ARC )5. Ensure Set SOPs and ISO requirements will follow and generate MIS reports as required.
