Job Description

Job Title: Accountant – Factory & Godown

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Accounting Qualification

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounts, ledgers, and journals for factory and godown operations
Handle accounts payable and receivable for suppliers, vendors, and clients
Prepare invoices, billing, and track receipts
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow, including petty cash
Record and monitor expenses related to factory production and godown operations
Handle GST and other statutory compliance
Maintain proper documentation of purchase bills, inventory costs, and stock movements
Coordinate with factory and godown teams for expense verification and reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in audits and maintain financial records for factory and warehouse

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong accounting knowledge and practices
Hands-on experience with Tally
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in handling factory and warehouse-related accounting is a plus

Other Requirements:

Male candidates preferred
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
