Job Summary

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, supporting business development activities, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from a commercial and client-management perspective. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and basic understanding of infrastructure and geomatics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and basic presentations
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to meet client requirements
• Handle client queries, follow-ups, and contract documentation
• Track project progress from a client-account perspective
• Assist in invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records of clients, contracts, and sales activities
• Support marketing and business development initiatives as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
• (Experience in infrastructure, surveying, GIS, or technical services is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel locally if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
