Position: HR Assistant Manager (Payroll Specialist)Department: Human ResourcesLocation: Nagpur Reporting To: HR Manager / Senior HR ExecutiveJob Summary:We are seeking an HR Assistant Manager specializing in payroll management for our construction company. The role involves overseeing end-to-end payroll processing for site-based and office employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee benefits. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling construction industry payroll complexities, including overtime, site allowances, and contractual payments.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management:Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement for site and office staff.Calculate and process wages, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions specific to construction projects.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, TDS, Labor Welfare Fund, and other construction labor laws.Maintain and update attendance records, leave balances, and site-specific allowances.Handle contractual and daily wage worker payments, ensuring compliance with labor laws.Coordinate with the finance team for payroll reconciliation and financial reporting.Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies or issues.Generate and distribute salary slips, tax declarations, and Form 16.Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of payroll information.Compensation & Benefits:Administer and manage employee benefits such as insurance, gratuity, leave encashment, and bonus schemes.Support the implementation of site-specific compensation structures, incentives, and allowances.Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation.HR Operations & Compliance:Ensure compliance with local labor laws, Contract Labor (Regulation and Abolition) Act, Building and Other Construction Workers Act, and other relevant regulations.Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee records, including contractor and labor data.Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and HR functions.Ensure compliance with minimum wage regulations and site-specific labor laws.Employee Relations & Communication:Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and tax issues.Communicate payroll policies, site allowances, and procedures to employees.Collaborate with site managers and project teams for accurate attendance and overtime records.Coordinate with HR team members on employee engagement, onboarding, and exit formalities.Process Improvement & Reporting:Identify and implement process improvements for payroll efficiency and accuracy.Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management review.Collaborate with IT and HR teams for payroll system upgrades and automation.Interested Candidates Can Shared Resume On Given Contract Details : 9356241362 Raji Kashyap
