Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a variety of jewellery items including artificial jewellery, silver jewellery, and silver gift products. The role involves customer interaction, product presentation, inventory management, and closing sales to achieve assigned targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom or stall with professionalism and courtesy. Promote and explain the features, materials, and benefits of various jewellery and gift items. Handle in-store and online inquiries about product availability, pricing, and customization. Maintain in-depth product knowledge of artificial jewellery trends, silver purity standards, hallmarking, and gifting ideas. Process sales transactions accurately using billing software or POS systems. Follow up with clients for repeat orders, bulk purchases, or gifting consultations. Manage stock displays, ensure attractive visual merchandising, and keep the store tidy. Participate in exhibitions, pop-ups, or marketing events as needed. Assist in packing, invoicing, and after-sales support. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Collect customer feedback and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Fashion preferred). 1–3 years of retail sales experience in jewellery, fashion accessories, or luxury products. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of jewellery styles, current fashion trends, and customer preferences. Basic knowledge of silver quality (e.g., 925 purity), hallmarking, and pricing. Comfortable using POS systems, Excel, or retail CRM software. High level of personal grooming and professionalism. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Daily/Monthly sales volume. Customer footfall conversion rate. Average billing value per customer. Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate. Product knowledge and inventory handling efficiency. Job responsibility will be to sell artificial jewellery, silver jewellery & silver gift items at subhash jewellers scf 32 sector 8 Chandigarh Timeings 9.45 am to 8 pm. one off day will be allocated every week between tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday as per your turn & the time table.
