Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated professionals to join our Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan team. The role involves sourcing, assessing, and managing secured loan customers through direct and partner channels within the assigned territory.

Role & responsibilities

Source and acquire new customers for
Loan Against Property
and
Home Loans
through direct field visits, DSA, connectors, and references.
Maintain healthy relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal teams.
Conduct preliminary credit assessments and gather necessary documentation.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for file processing and disbursal.
Achieve monthly targets for loan sourcing and disbursement.
Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure complete adherence to company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Visit customers locations for document collection and property verification (bike mandatory).

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.
14 years
of experience in
LAP / Home Loans / Secured Loans / MSME Loans / Mortgage Sales
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Must own a
two-wheeler with valid license
.
Familiarity with local market and geography.
Result-oriented with good understanding of loan documentation and process flow.
