JOB PROFILE Sales Executive
Sales Executive Business Development - Retail
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for Client Acquisition and collecting Margin. Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective •To accomplish Account opening targets, set by the superiors. •Generating leads through cold calling. • Maintain a daily talk time of 4 hours and onboard 40 Unique clients 90% availability on Dialer •Acquire 40 accounts with minimum 50% accounts with Margin • To enhance profitability of the business by ensuring cross selling of other products of the organization like mutual funds insurance, FD, IPO, PMS etc and its distribution. • Analyzing & increasing the client database and finding out the potential Clients B. Internal/External Responsiveness .Resolution of Employee queries within TAT/responsiveness within TAT (internal/external clients). i. Customer/Client relationship Management. C. Internal process Perspective •Compliance of Organizations philosophy, procedures and Policies.(0% violation of policies ). • MIS /Data Management (Protection & Confidentiality). • Liaison with various departments. • CRM usage. D. Innovation & Learning Perspective •Updated Knowledge of latest market Trends/Policies of BSE/NSE etc. • New initiatives/ Processes/ Ensure training (self) as organized by Organization's L&D division/ Participation in Emp. Centric Org. Activities/ Surveys/ Seminars.
QUALIFICATION Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant work experience within the same industry type
