We have an urgent opening for Branch Manager | Sr Branch Manager depending upon work experiences for Cochin/Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram , Tiruchirappalli Location Responsibilities Manage day-to-day branch sales / operations and staff. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet branch targets. Maintain and build client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and sales growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients and staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to branch staff. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Collaborate with other branches and departments to optimize overall company performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in equity broking and sales management. Strong knowledge of equity markets and financial products. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional client management and relationship-building abilities. In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
