Job Description

Position:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure
Solar EPC projects
(Government & Private Sector) in Punjab and nearby regions.
Prepare and present proposals for
government tenders and large-scale commercial projects
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
DISCOMs, government bodies, EPC partners, consultants, and OEMs
.
Track
government policies, subsidy schemes, and tender announcements
relevant to the solar sector.
Achieve sales targets and expand company presence in the Punjab market.
Manage
end-to-end sales cycle
from lead generation to project closure.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum
3–5 years of experience in Solar EPC sales
(Govt. or large commercial projects).
Strong tendering experience
including bid preparation, documentation, and liaison with authorities.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong
network in the solar industry
(vendors, clients, government bodies).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred.
MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.

Compensation & Perks:

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 per month (based on experience).
Performance-based incentives.
Travel allowances for project visits.
