Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and promoting the company's land acquisition and development services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting potential clients, presenting information about the land projects, negotiating and closing sales, and collaborating with the legal and compliance teams to ensure smooth transactions.

• Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in land acquisition
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
